Pitani seconds Ganta’s comments, Kondru fires on Ganta

Hyderabad: The internal politics inside the Andhra Pradesh state congress have at once reached its peak. With the sarcastic comments made by the PCC chief Botsa on the leaders who are preparing to join other parties, the heat inside the party has been raised to its apex.

Botsa Satyanarayana allegedly said he had no objection for anyone leaving the party. But, said Botsa, he will not spare anyone who criticize the Congress party with the intention of joining the other parties. With his comments the minister of the state cabinet had split into two groups to have an argument.

Ghanta Srinivasa Rao said Congress party will be emptied if an action is initiated against the party leaders who have been opposing the CWC decision on the state bifurcation. He said the time has come when whole of the parties are reserving their seats in other parties.

By his alleged comments, other minister, Kondru Murali fired on him. He responded strongly and said such alleged comments are not welcomed and said politicians are coming down to the level of criticizing their own party, after getting a berth confirmed in the other party.

He demanded for an action against Lagadapati Rajagopal and Ganta Srinivasa Rao for disobeying the party rules.

From the other side Ganta Srinivasa Rao was supported by Pitani Satyanarayana. He seconded the opinion of Ganta and repeated the same comments.
