Hyderabad: The revenue minister of Andhra Pradesh, Raghuveera Reddy on Thursday told the media that irrespective of the outcome of Telangana reorganization bill, he would remain in the Congress party.
Raguveera urged all party MLAs to cooperate in the debate on Telangana draft bill to be held from Friday in the state assembly. He said he will not leave the Congress party at any cost. Further, he said if the assembly session is properly accomplished for the remaining six days, there will not be any requirement of seeking additional time from the president. He said he would desperately work till the last minute to keep the state united.

Raghuveera responded regarding the launching of a new party by Kiran Kumar Reddy and said he would never think that Kiran would launch a new party. Kiran has spoken to him in person and told that he had no idea of launching a new party, added Raghuveera. He said the seed for bifurcation was sown in 2009 December itself. But, said Raghuveera, they will try till the last minute to keep the state united.
