The speaker of the state assembly, Nadendla Manohar allotted five minutes time to each of the members to give their opinions on the bill. The congress party MLAs blamed TDP during the debate. The fuming Seemandhra TDP MLAs rushed into speaker’s well and held protest. Ultimately they sought permission to speak over their allegations. The vexed speaker gave them time to speak.
