  • What will happen to the Seemandhra people residing in Hyderabad, if the Telangana bill would be stopped?
  • He wondered whether they have thought of the would be situation of Seemandhra people residing in Hyderabad, if the 60 years dream of Telangana state by the people of that region was smashed.
  • He said what the Seemandhra MPs would do, once Telangana is formed, as they have been causing hurdles to the statehood currently.
  • He wondered was there any chance for them to rule Telangana, even if the state bifurcation is stopped.
  • He asked whether they will be in a position to protect the Seemandhra people.
  • He asked whether they can extinguish the rivalry between the people of either region.
  • He wondered whether there was a chance for them to safeguard peace in the state.

Jaipal Reddy posed all the above questions to the Seemandhra MPs, who called on him. Answering him, reportedly, Lagadapati said that they were against the way the state is being divided. In turn, Jaipal replied him that the entire thing was a stale matter and the need of the hour was to decide what should happen now.

Reportedly Jaipal Reddy said them that he will not be in a position to step in Hyderabad, if the state is not divided. Further, Jaipal Reddy reportedly said that he will stay back in Delhi after purchasing a small flat as he does not own many assets in Hyderabad.

It is learnt that Jaipal Reddy told the Seemandhra ministers that his wealthy relatives shared their opinion that in case the state does not get bifurcated, there was no way for them to invest. If so was the case with them, wondered Jaipal Reddy, what would happen to them (Seemandhra ministers).
