Going into the details… late on Wednesday night, at Koduru of Girividi mandal in Vijayanagaram district, the Congress Party activists have attacked the residential areas of Telugu Desam Party leaders with stones and sticks. There was a warlike situation. All the 10 activists who have been injured in this incident have been rushed to the hospital.
According to the sources, the dispute has its roots in the local body elections scheduled for Friday. Koduru has been identified as a problematic area by the Election Commission.
