Manmohan Singh to Take in Hand Masses at Bhongir Today. Manmohan Singh, the Prime Minister of India, will be reaching Bhongir on Saturday to campaign for the Congress Party in the looming elections.

Hyderabad: Manmohan Singh, the Prime Minister of India, will be reaching Bhongir on Saturday to campaign for the Congress Party in the looming elections. He will address the crowd at 4 p.m. in a meeting to be held at Bhongir in Nalgonda district. Gudur Narayana Reddy, the AICC member, has been coordinating the issues related to this meeting.

The venue for the meeting is a 33 acres land in the outskirts of Kunuru on the way to Mothkuru in Bhongir mandal. The arrangements have been reviewed by Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy, the candidate of Congress Party from Bhongir Lok Sabaha constituency, and Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, the candidate of Congress Party from Nalgonda assembly constituency. They said that approximately 3 L people will be attending the meeting.

Manmohan Singh has visited the state for as many as 8 times in the past 5yrs. Nevertheless, this is the first time he is arriving for the election campaigning. The Party cadre is hopeful that there will be a huge response from the people for Singh’s Saturday’s meeting. So far, Manmohan Singh has never spoken anything on Telangana since Telangana bill was passed. Hopefully, he will be talking on the very matter and would also make alluring promises to the populace of Telangana from Bhongir dais.
