Mahabubnagar: In the just concluded elections for Assembly and Lok Sabha in Telangana, unbelievably, at Kodangal Assembly Constituency in Mahabubnagar district, on the Electronic Voting Machines, the photos of the Telugu Desam Party candidate Revanth Reddy appeared on Wednesday. According to sources, at Kohli MPP Girls’ High School, which is in the jurisdiction of Kodangal assembly constituency, the photos of Revnath Reddy appeared on EVMs as well as in the voters list.
The fuming TRS and Congress Party activists went on protest against this very issue. They alleged that it was only due to the hidden conspiracy between the TDP activists and the officials on duty, such an annoying incident has happened. With the meddling of police on the instructions of the officials of Election Commission, the photos of Revanth Reddy have been removed. Later, the poll process concluded peacefully, added the sources.
