A petition has been filed at Ananthapuram court against TRS chief and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for his derogatory comments on Tollywood star and Jana Sena founder Pawan Kalyan.
An advocate named Murali Krishna files this petition on Thursday.
The court accepted the petition and issued a notice to KCR to appear before it for a hearing.
The court has instructed that KCR appear before the court on June 30.
