Collector Reviews Arrangements for UPSC Exam. District collector Sidharth Jain held a meeting with the revenue, police, municipal and other department officials here on Thursday on the smooth conduct of the UPSC examination slated on August 24.
Tirupati: District collector Sidharth Jain held a meeting with the revenue, police, municipal and other department officials here on Thursday on the smooth conduct of the UPSC examination slated on August 24. He said that an integrated help desks will be set up at railway station, bus stand and other important points to guide the candidates coming from other places to appear for the examination.
A route map with details will also be published in local dailies to guide the candidates to locate their centres.
The police will through check up each candidates before allowing them into the examination centres, Jainsaid and added that the candidates should use only ball pen and they should not be allowed to bring any text or note books and also no electronic gadgets like cell phone, blue tooth, calculator etc. A control room, phone number 0877-2240201 at RDO office, Tirupati has been set up to monitor the conduct of the examination.
