NTR canteens: Ministers' panel to visit Chennai

Hyderabad: The three-member Cabinet sub-committee comprising Agriculture Minister P Pulla Rao, Municipal Administration Minister P Narayana and Minister for Civil Supplies P Sunitha would be visiting Chennai from September 16 to study the implementation of Amma Canteens. The decision to visit Chennai was taken on Saturday when these three ministers held a meeting.

A release said 15 such canteens would be established in Visakhapatnam, 10 in Guntur and five each in Tirupathi and Ananthapur. The sub-committee members have asked the collectors to submit a report on site selection in their respective districts.
