Rajahmundry: For a change, and in reversal of roles, men in the town worshipped their wives and sought their blessings in connection with Devi Navaratri celebrations on Thursday organised by Soundarya Lahari, a spiritual organisation.
Twenty-five couples participated in the event. The men said they had worshipped their better halves, like they do in the case of ‘Jagajjanani’, to celebrate Sarannavaratri Festival.
