The tremors lasted for 4 seconds. No casualties were reported.Residents in Murikipudi, Maddirala,Rajapeta, Gopalavaripalem, Edavalli and several villages under Chilakaluripeta constituency experienced the tremors.
People ran out of their homes in fear. These tremors in that shook several parts of the district caused panic among the public.
