YSRC President YS Jaganmohan Reddy said today that AP budget was a jugglery of numbers and a huge attempt to hide facts and better described as a 'cover up budget'.
Reacting to the AP budget for 2015-16 presented in the assembly today the revenue deficit of Rs.20,000 could disqualify the state to get public borrowings as per the FRBM regulations he said.
He said the TDP government's attempts display a shocking revelation that even in the second year the farmers' loans can not be cleared as it has allocated only Rs.7307 crore towards farm loan waiver.
Jagan slammed the TDP chief and AP CM Chandrababu Naidu for attempts to fool the people with slogans like zero based budget which had failed and he himself given up in 2003. 'Why is he reverting to it now perhaps to bluff the people once again?' he asked.
