AP, TS get two weeks to remove hoardings
The two judge PIL bench of the High Court at Hyderabad comprising Chief Justice Kalyan Jyothisen Gupta and Justice P V Sanjay Kumar on Wednesday granted two more weeks time finally for the governments of Telangana State and Andhra Pradesh to remove unauthorised banners, flexies and cutouts.

The bench extended the time to ensure compliance with an earlier order made in a writ plea complaining of hindrance of traffic in Prakasam district.
The bench in December last year directed the twin governments to file status reports regarding the authorisation given for banners, cutouts, flexies and statues, etc. When the case came up for hearing on Wednesday, both the governments submitted their reports and the bench expressed dissatisfaction at the reports.
