Chandrababu: Have evidence for phone tapping claims
AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu stated that AP government has evidence of phone tapping by Telangana state and informed the same to the advisers of Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan - A.P.V.N. Sarma and A.K. Mohanty on Sunday.

Stating that he was ready to prove his claim if an inquiry is ordered by the Centre, Chandrababu briefed Mr Narasimhan’s advisers on the implementation of Section 8 of the AP Reorganization Act – maintenance of law and order should be with the Governor in the common capital and the phone tapping issue.
Chandrababu accused the Telangana State Government of exploiting official machinery for political gains and questioned the Telangana government’s right to utilize ACB for conducting a sting operation on a MLA.
Chandrababu said that the TRS MLA should have complained to the Election Commission instead of conducting sting operation on the TDP MLA Revanth Reddy as AP govt also can conduct such operations with the help of ACB, but the democracy will be destroyed.
