In a major relief to Jeevitha Rajasekhar, a local court in Hyderabad dismissed a cheque bounce case filed against her.
One Sama Sekhar Reddy had filed a case in the court alleging that Jeevitha took 25 lakhs loans from him to make "Evadaite Nakente" in 2007 and the cheques she gave for the amount bounced.
After hearing the arguments, the court had sentenced Jeevitha for two years and also slapped fine of Rs 25 lakhs. However she got bail immediately.
She appealed against the in the court. After hearing the case, the court dismissed the petition.
