7 more arrested in red sanders case

Kaluvoya police arrested seven persons at Venkataramarajupet in the mandal on Thursday morning while transporting 15 red sanders logs. According to Additional SP Reddy Gangadhar, police arrested 7 persons, who were accused in red sanders case in the mandal on December 25 and has arrested seven more persons on Thursday based on the information.

According to Additional SP Reddy Gangadhar, police arrested 7 persons, who were accused in red sanders case in the mandal on December 25 and has arrested seven more persons on Thursday based on the information.
Peddireddy Ashok Reddy, J Rambabu, A Arjun, Mani Lokesh, Govinda Reddy, Siva Srinivasulu and S Sundaram of Gummidipundi village in Tamil Nadu were arrested while they were trying to transport the logs in a car. Cases were booked under sections 120, 447, 427, and 379 and they would be produced before the court at Atmakur, he explained. He also said search teams have been deployed to nab other offenders in the case.
