As the reports doing the rounds of YSRCP MLAs joining the TDP party, the party MLAs from Kurnool district have come forward to clarify on the rumours. The MLAs SV Mohan Reddy, Gouru Sucharitha, Jayaramulu, Buddha, Rajshekar Reddy and Ijayya who are in Hyderabad met party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Saturday at the Lotus Pond party office.

Addressing the media, SV Mohan Reddy squashed the rumours of them leaving the party and said that the rumours are being spread in order to divert the attention from the TDP government's failures.

Stating that the TDP government was falling apart, Mohan Reddy said that the TDP MLAs are disappointed with party chief Chandrababu Naidu. Asserting their loyalty towards YSR Congress, the party MLAs said that have won with the party and would remain so adding that they have complete faith on YS Jagan. Ongole MP YV Subba Reddy too rubbished the rumours and said that none of the YSRCP MLAs were leaving the party.
