Kurnool: The International Mother Language Day with the theme `Quality education, language(s) of instruction and learning outcomes’ will be celebrated at Montessori High School in the city on Sunday under the auspices of Telugu Kala Samithi.
In a statement here on Friday, Kala Samithi president Chandrasekhara Kalkura and secretary JSRK Sarma said a convention of historical writers and a session on research in Kurnool would be held to mark the occasion. Kala Samithi Puraskars for 2016 would be presented to 40 eminent historical writers at the fete. Dance and music concerts would also be organised as part of the celebrations, they said.
