55 lakh for handpump repairs

Issuing an order to this effect on Saturday, Panchayat Raj principal secretary KS Jawahar Reddy directed the officials to focus on proper utilisation of NRDWP funds. Repair works of 12,328 handpumps would be taken up in the district with the funds, a Panchayat Raj official said.
