Unidentified person attacks schoolgirl
Police have been on the hunt to nab an unidentified person who attempted to kill a girl studying in a residential tribal school in Srikalahasti, 40 km from here on Sunday.
Srikalahasti: Police have been on the hunt to nab an unidentified person who attempted to kill a girl studying in a residential tribal school
in Srikalahasti, 40 km from here on Sunday. According to Srikalahasti two town police, the unidentified person barged into the room of
the girl Lokeshwari (12) studying sixth class in the residential school located in Telugu Ganga Colony and attacked her at around 9:30 am
on Sunday.
The girl sustained a head injury when the assailant hit her with a blunt object. He fled away, when others came for her rescue. The police
have been searching for the unidentified person and are yet to ascertain the motive behind the attack on the girl. The Srikalahasti two
town police registered a case and are investigating the incident.
