YSRCP MLA Roja has got relief from her one-year suspension in the Hyderabad High Court on Thursday. Striking off the AP Assembly's verdict where Roja was suspended for a year, the Court reportedly passed an interim order in favour of YSRCP MLA that allowed her to attend the Assembly session. The next hearing has been postponed upto 4 weeks.
Roja was suspended by Assembly Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao on December 18 for a year for making unparliamentary remarks against Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
