Vijayawada: China’s Guizhou Maritime Silk Road International Investment Corporation (GIIC) will develop Durga Ghat and Krishna and Godavari confluence point at Ferry for Krishna Pushkaralu. The Chinese company officials submitted necessary designs for the development of ghats at both places. The GIIC developed designs to develop a four-lane road from Ibrahimpatnam to Ferry river confluence point for Krishna Pushkaralu.

Meanwhile, the Railway authorities have decided to use suburban railway stations including Gunadala, Ramavarappadu, Madhuranagar, Krishna canal and Rayanapadu railway stations for the convenience of devotees visiting the city during Krishna Pushkaralu. Revealing the plans of Railway department for Krishna Pushakaralu during a review meeting here on Saturday, divisional railway manager Ashok Kumar said that the railway officials were ready to provide necessary facilities at the suburban railway stations for the convenience of passengers.
