Blood donation camp to mark Jagjvan Ram’s birth anniversary
Blood donation camp was organised at the party office of MP K Haribabu on Tuesday jointly by the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) and Rotary Club where the party MLA P Vishnukumar Raju donated blood, along with the BJYM leaders and women activists.

Speaking on the occasion, Haribabu said that Babu Jagjivan Ram was a selfless and matchless leader who worked hard for the welfare of the poor. He informed that when the Emergency was imposed by former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, the great leader had resigned from the Congress and joined the Janata Party to become a Deputy Prime Minister as a non-Congress leader.
MLA Vishnukumar Raju said that BJP cadres will be always in the forefront of public service and assured that all the party activists follow the footsteps of Babu Jagjivan Ram. City BJYM president K Chandrasekhar, BJP city president M Nagendra, former city president P V Narayana Rao, leaders V K Roy, O Naresh Kumar, P L K Murty, V Dakshina Murty, Ravindra Reddy, Appalakonda Yadav, Durgaraj, J Prudhvi Raj and Buddha Lakshminarayana were present.
