EAMCET peaceful in Vijayawada
Entrance test for admission into Engg, Agriculture, and Medicine (EAMCET) – 2016 held across the State on Friday. The preliminary key of the EAMCET examination is updated on www.apeamcet.org by 8 pm on the same day. Convener of AP Eamcet Ch Sai Babus said that a total of 1, 89,231 candidates have registered for appearing for engg entrance test while 1, 79,462 students have appeared for it.

The preliminary key of the EAMCET examination is updated on www.apeamcet.org by 8 pm on the same day. Convener of Andhra Pradesh Eamcet Ch Sai Babus said that a total of 1, 89,231 candidates have registered for appearing for engineering entrance test while 1, 79,462 students have appeared for it.
As many as 1,03,222 candidates applied for agriculture and medicine entrance out of which 98,750 attended. About 9,769 candidates for engineering test and 4,472 medical seat aspirants failed to take the test. The attendance percentage for engineering test is 94.84 and for medicine, it is 95.67. Incidentally, there was the good attendance for the examinations.
District Collector Babu A in coordination with the departments concerned and Police Commissionerate has made elaborate arrangements for the successful completion of the entrance test.
