Kurnool: District Collector Vijay Mohan, who visited the Sultania Eidgah on the national highway here on Wednesday, said that
development activities would be taken up at the earliest. Speaking the occasion, the Collector said MLA S V Mohan Reddy brought the
issue to his notice to facilitate amenities for offering prayers by the Muslims at the mosque. He ordered the municipal executive engineer
to submit a survey report within two days in connection to the mosque which is situated in an extent of 8 acres of land.
Vijay Mohan said if a survey on peg mark is extended on gravelling, sand and establish of stones etc. then the work allotment could be
taken up. As the Ramzan festival nearing necessary works would be started in a week and rest of the works will also taken up, he added.
Mohan Reddy and Muslim elders too participated on the occasion.
