Decks cleared for 10k government jobs

Much to the happiness of the job aspirants in AP, the finance department cleared the decks for filling up 10,000 posts in various departments. According to a GO, of the 10,000 posts, about 5,991 will be of constable cadre and the remaining will be in other departments.

The constable cadre posts will be filled by the State Police Recruitment Board. The APPSC will recruit for 4,009 posts and another 1,000 posts would be filled by Panchayat Secretary (Group-3 cadre), 94 posts of Group-1 cadre, 750 Group-2 cadre posts, 422 posts in medical and health department, 200 posts in revenue department and 350 AEE posts in irrigation department will be filled.
