Visakhapatnam: Professor in Analytical Chemistry and Director for School of Chemistry and Associate Director (Admissions) of Andhra University Gollapalli Nageswara Rao assumed charge as vice-chancellor of Andhra University here on Sunday.
He received official orders only on Sunday noon and was congratulated by in-charge V-C Prof E A Narayana and registrar Prof V Umamaheswara Rao on the occasion.
