She called upon MPEOs and AEOs to make efforts to take the government schemes to the doorsteps of the farmers. She cautioned agricultural officers to take care with regard to crop insurance, nutrients distribution and soil testing.
​Rajamahendravaram: Farmers should complete paddy plantation before 25th of this month, ADE, Agriculture, J Lakshmi Kiran Jyothi said here on Tuesday. She mentioned that the farmers could save their crop from cyclones and heavy rains in the months of September and October by completing plantation as soon as possible.
She called upon MPEOs and AEOs to make efforts to take the government schemes to the doorsteps of the farmers. She cautioned agricultural officers to take care with regard to crop insurance, nutrients distribution and soil testing.
She waned of strict action on MPEOs who failed to perform. Agricultural officers from Rajamahendravaram, Kadiyam and Rajanagaram mandals Srinivas, Kalyan Kumar and Suryaprakash took part in the meeting.
