70,000 devotees take a holy dip in River Krishna

Srisailam MLA Budda Rajasekhara Reddy travelled by an RTC bus and reached Sangameswaram. He bathed in the river and later offered special puja at the Sangameswaram temple. He interacted with Joint Collector Harikiran to provide more amenities to the devotees in the next two days. Traffic jam at Sangameswaram has been reported at four places on Sunday on account of heavy turnout of devotees.
Atmakuru: A record-level 70,000 devotees took a holy dip in River Krishna at Sangameswaram on the 10th day on Sunday on the occasion of Krishna Pushkaralu. The total number of devotees who took a holy dip in the river during the last 10 days rose to 2,69,000.
