In her 24 year-long career as a faculty of Zoology department, she guided eight researchers obtain PhD in Zoology and also led five research projects and 60 of her research articles published in national and international journals.
Tirupati: Prof A Usharani took charge as head of the Department of Zoology, SV University here on Saturday.Usharani who joined the department as assistant professor in 1992 was promoted as associate professor in 2001 and as professor in 2009.
