Visakhapatnam: Anakapalle MLA Peela Govinda Satyanarayana,on Wednesday denied allegations on trespassing and claimed that the land belonged to him and he was being blamed to defame.

Speaking to reporters here on Wednesday, the MLA said that he bought around 2.5 acre of land from a person who hailed from Yanam in the year 1965 at Pendurthi.

He said that it was Rajesh Babu, who has tresspassed his land. The MLA also added that he did not damage any wall or gate as alleged by the complainant and was completely unaware of how it collapsed.

"With an allegation that the around 108 yards has been tresspassed, the complainant went to court claiming that it was his land, but as the survey number is my land, the court on December 23,2016 gave stay order’’, claimed Peela Govinda Satyanarayana.

The MLA also claimed that he has all documents regarding to land and with just with an intention to defame his name and grab the land, the complainant has again filed complaint in the police station.

He said that Rajesh also forwarded a copy of complaint to the CM office and it was forwarded to the Intelligence department to look into the issue. But he was yet to informed officially.

Satyanarayana also ruled out the allegations by the complainant that he and his son had threatened him.

"My son is not in the city since the last 20 to 30 days. How can he threaten? These allegations had defamed. I will file a defamation case against the complaiant", he said.
