Rajamahendravaram: After more than eight years of incarceration, Pidathala Satyam Babu, who was acquitted by Hyderabad High Court in Ayesha Meera murder case, was released on Sunday. He walked free from Rajamahendravaram central prison as his old mother waited with tears in her eyes.
“I have spent eight-and-a-half years in the prison for the crime which I did not commit and I have been released due to the grace of god,” he said to the media waiting outside the prison.
