Nellore: TDP MLC Vakati Narayana Reddy, who was charged by the CBI for bank dues and election expenditure, has been suspended from the party. It may be recalled here that a team of CBI officials from Bengaluru conducted raids on the guest house of Vakati on Friday and seized documents. With the news going viral on social media, the party decided to axe the MLC and suspended him from the party on Saturday.Sources also said expenditure for his recent MLC polls possibly forced the IFCL to lodge a complaint against Narayana Reddy. CBI officials have also collected documents such as promissory notes.
