TDP Supremo and Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu took the decision during an emergency meeting called by him at his residence in Vijayawada today.
Deepak Reddy, the son-in-law of TDP MP JC Diwakar Reddy was elected as the member of Andhra Pradesh Legislative council in March this year. He was detained a week ago by the Hyderabad police in land grabbing and documents forgery cases.
Deepak along with his lawyer Shailesh Saxena were under police custody.
