Addressing a press conference at party state office here on Wednesday, she said that 10 railway stations in AP will have the facility in first phase.

Addressing a press conference at party state office here on Wednesday, she said that 10 railway stations in AP will have the facility in first phase.
Speaking on the occasion, Malathi Rani said that earlier in October 2016 a representation was given to the minister for railways Suresh Prabhu that lactating mothers were facing problems in feeding babies while travelling and at public places.
She said that in this connection the railways minister had responded positively to establish BFR at 100 major railway stations in India in the first phase, she said. She further said that about 10 major railway stations in the state would get BFR facility which include Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Tirupati, Gudur, Rajahmundry and other stations. She said that the BFR would have a bed, 2 chairs and a wash room.
She said a request was made to Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu and civil aviation minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju for establishing BFR at Airports. She said that BFR would come up at bus stations, shopping malls and other public places. She said that on July 6 plantation programme would be held on the eve of centenary celebration of Jan Sangh founder Shyama Prasad Mukherjee.
