Visakhaptanam: For offering best services in the education sector, Vizag’s Gayatri Vidya Parshid MLBT School principal Vedula Madhura Vani was bestowed with ‘Young Achievers National Award’ under-40 years category.
In an award ceremony organised by The New Indian Express and Hindustan University, Supreme Court Judge Jasti Chelameswar presented the award to Madhura Vani in Chennai.
Gayatri Vidya Parshid president ASN Prasad and vice-president D Dakshina Murthy expressed happiness over the achievement of their school principal. The faculty Pulagurta Somaraju, DV Kameshwara Rao, school secretary V Sriram Murthy and other staff heaped praises on her.
Sriram Charitable Trust president Dr Tenetti Subba Rao said this award would be an encouragement for Madhura Vani, who has been playing a prominent role for imparting education among children in rural areas. The trust members Vadlamani Seshavataram, Vadlamani Kameshwaramma besides MLB Trust members VR Maya Devi, V Anatarvedi and Uma Devi also congratulated her.
