Tribal areas lagging behind on all fronts: Pawan Kalyan
As part of his Porata Yatra, Pawan Kalyan visited Paderu, in the Agency on Thursday. Addressing a public meeting at Paderu junction, Pawan Kalyan levelled several allegations on Naidu and his son Lokesh.
Visakhapatnam: Pointing out the Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu’s claim that there was no corruption in TDP ruling, Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan challenged the Chief Minister to come and witness how the Agency wealth is being looted in Guda village near Paderu in Visakhapatnam. One of the TDP leaders who jumped from YSR Congress to TDP illegally operating mines in the Guda village worth of Rs 9 crore. Is it not corruption,? Pawan Kalyan asked.

The TDP leaders are blasting green hillocks and exporting minerals illegally in the Agency, but Chief Minister claims that there is no corruption in his ruling.
Talking about various issues being faced by the Tribals, including lack of drinking water, roads and medical aid, Pawan Kalyan said there is only one water resource in the Guda village (Oota Bavi). But due to the illegal mining by the TDP leader, the water was being polluted and tribals are facing severe health issues. They are not conducting Grama Sabhas to take up mining works, he said.
Even the granite reserves are being taken away, the tribals are facing health issues. If, bauxite reserves are used the entire agency would be dried by 2050. The TDP government not even providing potable water to Pedalabudu villagers which is adopted by Chief Minister.
There is large scale corruption in the individual toilets construction. The Government is claiming that 100 beds hospital established in Paderu, but where are the doctors, staff and medicines in the hospital?.
