Speaking on this occasion, the samithi president, K Balakrishna reminded that the reforms introduced by the late Narasimha Rao helped for the development of country.
He remembered efforts made by him to tide over economic crisis in the country.
Earlier, they garlanded the portrait of PV and paid rich tributes to him.
