Vijayawada: A state-level conference on diabetes and the latest treatment available will be held here on August 5, according to Dr Yalamanchi Sadasiva Rao, organising chairman.
Speaking to the media here on Friday, Dr Sadasiva Rao informed that the conference was being organised for the third time after the bifurcation of united Andhra Pradesh.
He said that revolutionary changes had started in the field of medicine globally. In this regard, latest treatments for the diabetic patients were available in the global market.
With the latest techniques the doctors are able to control the impact of diabetes on heart, kidney and other organs. The doctor informed that about 600 delegates would participate in the conference.
About 25 national and international doctors will address the gathering on the occasion, he added.
Dr V Ram Prasad, Dr Ch Manoj Kumar, Dr S Jayadev and others were present.
