Nellore: Agriculture Minister Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy flayed BJP MP GVL Narasimha Rao for not aware of Personal Deposit (PD) accounts thus making comments as he likes.
Interacting with the media at R & B guest house in the city here on Monday, Somireddy said that funds from the PD accounts cannot be withdrawn without approval of the Finance Department.
‘Narasimha Rao seems to be thinking that PD accounts are personal accounts. He has been making comments without any basic knowledge. He has to join a political school,” said the Minister. BJP leaders can probe on the PD accounts if they want to know the facts, he added.
Further, the Minister released the poster of 45th interstate Kabaddi tournament. He said that the Kabaddi tourney would be held from August 23 to 26 in Muthukur. The teams that excel in the tournament would be given special training for national-level tournament, the Minister said.
