Madanapalle: The Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science (MITS) here on Thursday conducted the Andhra Pradesh State Students' College Connect Programme, initiated by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
J A Chowdary, IT Advisor to the AP government was the chief guest. The programme’s aim was to enable students to work in IT sector. Another programme called “Mentor-Mentee Connect” was also initiated.
In fact, 11 representatives of various industries gave lecture on new technology. Winny Patro, Additional CEO of the Andhra Pradesh Information Technology Academy (APITA), and A Srikanth, Senior Vice-President, IWFM, DXC Technology spoke. The College Correspondent Dr N Vijaya Bhaskar Chowdary, Chairman N Krishna Kumar, Principal Dr C Yuvaraj and others took part.
