151 selected at mega job fair organised by APSSDC & CII in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: About 600 unemployed youth participated in the Mega Job Fair organised jointly by the Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) and the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) on the premises of SRK Institute of Technology here on Friday.
About 30 companies belonging to various fields participated in the recruitment drive.
Speaking on the occasion, the college principal Dr M Ekambram Naidu said that youth seeking jobs with qualification of SSC, Intermediate, degree, B Tech, M Tech, MBA, MCA and diploma attended the job fair.
He said that as per their talent and qualification, the salary varies from Rs 1.2 lakh to Rs 4 lakh per annum.
As many as 151 candidates were selected by various companies as per their requirement in the recruitment drive, said Naidu.
Offer letters were given by the companies to the candidates who were selected in the fair.
The principal further said that an agreement was signed with CII-MCC (Model Career Centre) for the overall development of the students of the college.
