Vijayawada: All India Praja Party (AIPP) national chairman and former chief secretary Ramarao demanded that the state and the Central governments release a white paper on the expenditure on Polavaram Project.
He said that thousands of crores of rupees of both state and Central government funds were misused in the construction of Polavaram project.
Addressing the media here on Friday, he said that the members of backward class, SC, ST and minority communities would collectively fight to form the government in Andhra Pradesh in 2019.
