Housing pattas distributed for 231 families in Polavaram village
Minister for Forests, Environment, Science and Technology Siddha Raghavarao distributed housing pattas to 231 SC families in the Polavaram village of Mundlamuru mandal in Darsi Assembly constituency on Thursday
Darsi: Minister for Forests, Environment, Science and Technology Siddha Raghavarao distributed housing pattas to 231 SC families in the Polavaram village of Mundlamuru mandal in Darsi Assembly constituency on Thursday.
The minister explained that the TDP government in state was implementing many welfare schemes for the SCs. He alleged that the earlier governments had misused the funds for SCs and involved in corruption. He explained that the present government laid cement roads, drains in the colonies and now distributing the housing pattas.
He announced that they sanction houses to all of the 231 beneficiaries. He said that they had developed the constituency with funds worth Rs 2,800 crore and constructed 150 lift irrigation schemes in Mundlamuru mandal alone.
MLC Karanam Balarama Krishnamurthy, Mundlamuru MPP M Venkatarao, ZPTC K Nagaraju and others also participated in the programme.
