QIS students excel at Balotsav 2018

Ongole: The management of QIS High School in Ongole announced that their students have achieved meritorious certificates and prizes in the cultural fest Balotsav 2018, held by the Andhra Pradesh Creative and Cultural Foundation at Chilakaluri Pet.
The Nidamanuri Educational Trust chairman Nidamanuri Nagaeswara Rao said that Akshara and Yajna of UKG received prizes in Kuchipudi dance, Pratibha of second class and Tejaswini of fifth class received prizes in folk dance, Charan Sai of fourth class received prize in drawing. He appreciated the students and said that when the children are encouraged to pursue cultural activities along with the studies, they will become physically and mentally strong.
He said that the responsibility of identifying the talent in the children lies with the teachers. The secretary and correspondent N Surya Kalyan Chakravarthy, principal Vaka Vedavathi and other staff also appreciated the children.
