Vijayawada: Water Resource Management Minister Devineni Umamaheswara Rao said that the TDP government is trying to transform people's capital Amaravathi in one of the most reputed cities in the world.
Inaugurating Dr PVS Cosmetic and Dental Multi-specialty Hospital at Guru Nanak Colony in the city on Tuesday, he said Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was working day night for the development of the state.
The minister said that there are many multi-specialty hospitals with advanced technology in the state and Amaravathi would be transformed into Health Capital.
He further said that the people of the state will get quality treatment and there was no need to go to other states for better treatment.
Hospital head, Dr Ch Venkataswaralu and Dr K Pragnya explained the advanced equipment and facilities available at the hospital to the minister.
East MLA Gadde Ramamohana Rao, corporators Devineni Aparna and Jasti Sambasiva Rao and a few doctors were present.
