NRI conducts Astavadhanam
An excellent literary programme Astavadhanam was conducted by young literary personality and NonResident Indian Gannavaram Lalit Aditya at Sivarama Krishna Kshetram Ramakoti here on Sunday
Vijayawada: An excellent literary programme “Astavadhanam” was conducted by young literary personality and Non-Resident Indian Gannavaram Lalit Aditya at Sivarama Krishna Kshetram (Ramakoti) here on Sunday.
Sri Sundara Hanumath Dharmika Parishad organised this Avadhanam.
This Avadhanam is very popular in Andhra Pradesh and this style of literary was more promoted by literary exponents like Tirupati Venkata Kavulu, Kopparapu brothers, Madugula Phani Naga Sarma, Garikapati Narasimha Rao, Palaparthy Syamalananda Prasad and others. Literary lovers will enjoy this literary forum.
This Astavadhanam commenced with ‘Nisidhakshari’ by Dr Narayanam Suresh Babu who posed a question to describe the glory of Srungeri Sarada Peetham. It was continued with other ‘Pruchakas’ questions. Lalit Aditya aptly replied adding sometimes humorous.
Dr Kappagantu Ramakrishna (Dattapadi), Dr Mallapragada Srivalli (Vyatyakshari), Pantula Venkateswara Rao (Asuvu), Kappagantu Sivasarma (Varnana), Dr VV Bhanumurthy (Aprastuta Prasangam), Dr Mallapragada Srimannarayana Murthy coordinated this Avadhanam.
Dr Palaparthi Syamalananda Prasad and Sistla Hanumath Prasad were also participated in this programme.
