Tirupati: After successfully completing the walkathon Praja Sankalpa yatra, YSR Congress party chief and leader of the Opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy begins the walk to Tirumala to offer worship to Lord Venkateswara Swamy.

On Thursday afternoon YS Jagan reached Alipiri. Form here as an ordinary devotee Jagan took Alipiri footsteps (Alipiri Metlu) to reach Tirumala. He begins the steps walk by breaking the coconut as a tradition.

With chanting Govinda...Govinda.. a large crowd followed him. In the evening YS Jagan will offer his prayers to Lord through Sarva Darshanam.

After completing Swamy Darshanam, YS Jagan will make a visit to Sharada Peetham Swaroopananda Saraswati and take his blessings.

After a night stay in Tirumala, on Friday YS Jagan will start to Pulivendula via YSR Kadapa district.
