Srinivasa Kalyanotsavam at Darsi tomorrow
Minister for Forests, Environment, Science and Technology Sidda Raghavarao announced that the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam is organising Srinivasa Kalyanam at Darsi on Sunday and asked the public and devotees across the district to participate in the celestial marriage and Shobhayatra of the divine couple
Ongole: Minister for Forests, Environment, Science and Technology Sidda Raghavarao announced that the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam is organising Srinivasa Kalyanam at Darsi on Sunday and asked the public and devotees across the district to participate in the celestial marriage and Shobhayatra of the divine couple.
Speaking to the media at his residence in Ongole on Friday, Raghavarao said that the Shobhayatra will start from the Daddalamma temple at 3 pm and reach the venue.
He said that the Shobhayatra will be colourful with devotees singing Annamayya songs, bhajans and other cultural performances throughout the procession.
The celestial wedding will take place after the Shobhayatra concludes, he added. The Minister also announced that they are inviting a large number of VIPs and making fool proof arrangements for more than 50000 devotees.
He invited all devotees in the district to participate in the Srinivasa Kalyanotsavam, which is beimng performed for the wellbeing of all.
